This was my first experience and I enjoyed it a lot. I have seen more beautiful view but unfortunately, I couldn't capture those.

- Staff was very helpful and friendly.
- Ferry ⛴️ was nice and clean.
- They have an Eftpos Machine as well so you can buy food or snack through your card🙂.

One thing, I just want to request is that it would have been better if they had told us in advance what language they are going to use for direction such as 12 o'clock, 9 o'clock etc.

The whales were amazing! Staff provided such an interesting commentary on whales. It was fascinating! Thoroughly enjoyed the trip. Travelled with adults, teenagers and a 5 year old and we all enjoyed it. Highly recommend taking the tour.

The overall service from the customer service team to the boat crew and the whale biologist was excellent and friendly. Despite the strong winds and slight sea swells, we managed to spot several mother humpbacks and their calves. Still a great experience even though there were no males breaching!
